Safety first

The safety promise every Perth family deserves

Book with confidence. Look for the Village Verified badge – it means we've verified the sitter's identity and required documents before they were approved to join Village. Sitters shown as Standard Profile have not completed that full document set, or one of their documents has lapsed. They can still be booked, so check the profile and decide what is right for your family.

  • Identity verified

Village Verified sitters upload a government issued photo ID that we manually match to their profile photo.

  • Working with Children Check

For Village Verified sitters we verify a current WA WWCC card number before approval, and the badge is removed automatically if it lapses.

  • National police check

Village Verified sitters supply a clean National Police Clearance, refreshed annually.

  • CPR and First Aid

Village Verified sitters hold current CPR and First Aid certification from an accredited provider.

  • Secure payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, so there is no cash handling and every booking keeps a full record.

  • Two way reviews

Every completed booking triggers a two way review, keeping standards visible and accountable.
