Week one, week two
Front load the big outings in week one when energy is high, then coast on backyard days and short sitter blocks in week two.
The three hour rule
Book a three hour Village sitter block for the hardest part of each day, usually 3pm to 6pm, so you can work or exhale.

The reset day
One day per week with no plans. Pyjamas, LEGO, a Village sitter in the afternoon while you nap. Non negotiable.
